Following years of active-duty leadership as a Marine Communication Officer, Joshua continues to actively serve as a Reserve Officer—ensuring his C5ISR, spectrum management, and operational security expertise remain continuously sharpened and applied at the cutting edge of military technology.

Joshua brings a battle-tested combination of technical C5ISR mastery and executive stewardship to defense contractors, commercial enterprises, and growing organizations. Throughout his military career, he has served as a Senior Technology Advisor guiding executive strategy across dozens of operational exercises, architecting multi-region Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS) communication networks, and maintaining an unprecedented 100% pass rate with zero findings on high-stakes enterprise cybersecurity audits.

Beyond specialized communication architectures, his background encompasses leading cross-functional teams of over 400 personnel, safeguarding multi-million-dollar capital asset portfolios, and authoring organizational policies that drive underperforming teams back to operational excellence.
